Building AI transformation from the inside out
Alizé Santini brings ten years of experience across finance, strategy, and large-scale transformation, gained in France and Australia. She started at Rothschild & Co in Paris, then joined Woolworths Group in M&A in Sydney, and later served as Strategy Lead at BIG W. She then joined CMA CGM as Chief of Staff to the GM of Innovation, AI & Digital Transformation, managing technology deployment at scale. In February 2025, she joined Mantu as Head of Strategy & Transformation.
The organisations that will succeed in their AI transformation won't necessarily be those with the best tools. They will be the ones who identify and empower the profiles capable of bridging the gap between technology and the field.
Her appointment comes with a mission to build a community of Hybrid Builders within Mantu: people who know enough about AI tools to deploy them, understand how business functions operate, and can bring teams through real change. These are the profiles that move AI from prototype to adoption. Mantu is building this community across 12,000 people in 60+ countries, then converting those learnings into solutions for clients.
"Alizé understands business challenges, knows how to build with AI, and stays until it works on the ground. This is the approach we deploy internally, and that we now offer to clients."
Mantu Accelerate 2030: AI transformation as a concrete deliverable
Through its Accelerate 2030 strategy, Mantu is repositioning around impact delivered, not headcount deployed. Alizé Santini's role sits at the operational core of this shift.
Her agenda for the next twelve months:
Redesign how work gets done at Mantu, not just upskill 12,000 people
Evolve billing models to reflect outcomes, not time spent
Build a network of AI technology partners to strengthen the group's offer
Convert internal learnings into tested client solutions
Together, these priorities connect Mantu's internal transformation to a commercial offer built on real operating experience.
