Ho Chi Minh City moves fast, and so does Mantu’s Vietnam Hub. Since opening in December 2014, the hub has grown into a team of nearly 500 people, making it Mantu’s largest hub in Asia.

From Medellín, Mantu teams connect Finance, Recruitment, HR, IT, and business expertises with markets across North, Central, and South America. Responsibilities also reach Europe and Asia through collaboration with colleagues in other Mantu offices, giving the Hub a worldwide reach.

Phoenix runs at the pace European finance needs: accurate, every day. Since opening in June 2015, Mantu's Mauritius Hub has grown into a team of 165 people who keep invoices, accounts, contracts and customer relationships moving across France and the rest of Europe.

Barcelona gives people a local base for work that reaches across regions. From the Hub, teams contribute to IT, Life Sciences, Telecom, business, and delivery activities across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Alongside colleagues from Amaris Consulting, LittleBig Connection, Valuement, and Agence Mantu, people combine local delivery with expertise from other Mantu locations.

Mantu Co-CEOs Constance Nevoret and Mark-Corentin Cot-Magnas have been selected in Challenges magazine's 40 Under 40, highlighting leaders helping shape France's future. 

The distinction rewards two individual careers. It also puts a spotlight on something less common: co-leadership as a deliberate management model for a company of Mantu's scale. 

Since becoming Co-CEOs in 2025, Constance and Mark-Corentin have chosen not to divide leadership between them but to build it together.
