Constance Nevoret & Mark-Corentin Cot-Magnas appointed as Mantu's Co-CEOs

In October 2025, we announced a major governance change as part of our strategic evolution. Constance Nevoret and Mark-Corentin Cot-Magnas, both key figures in Mantu’s growth, have been appointed as Co-CEOs. This leadership transition embodies the spirit of Accelerate 2030, Mantu’s strategic plan to triple the Group’s business by 2030.

Constance Nevoret & Mark-Corentin Cot-Magnas: A partnership built from within 

Both Constance and Mark-Corentin bring over 12 years of experience at Mantu, with deep knowledge across key brands like Amaris Consulting, LittleBig Connection, and Mantu. Their leadership reflects Mantu’s commitment to growing talent from within, with 75% of top management having started at the company. 

Constance shared her delight in taking on the role of Co-CEO:

Constance will continue to lead LittleBig Connection, a brand she is deeply committed to, embodying the future of work through a more open and collaborative model. 

Mark-Corentin, former CFO and EVP of Finance at Mantu, built his expertise in finance and audit across France, Switzerland, and the US before joining Mantu. He shared his thoughts:

Olivier Brourhant as Executive Chairman 

As part of this transition, Mantu’s founder, Olivier Brourhant, will move into the role of Executive Chairman, where he will continue to shape the Group’s long-term vision and strategy. Olivier commented:

A vision for sustainable growth: The Accelerate 2030 plan 

The Accelerate 2030 strategy aims to strengthen Mantu’s global presence and reach €3 billion in revenue by 2030. To achieve this, the Co-CEOs will focus on innovation, client-centric solutions, and sustainable business growth. The plan is built around four key pillars: 

  1. Put clients at the center of everything, with a clearer value proposition and a stronger Mantu brand.

  2. Be stronger together, by fostering synergies across teams.

  3. Keep nurturing Mantu’s intrapreneurial DNA, encouraging a new generation of intrapreneurs with innovation at the heart of their activities.

  4. Strengthen the organization and business, by equipping teams with the tools and resources to perform with efficiency and responsibility

With the Accelerate 2030 plan, Mantu reaffirms its ambition to combine innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth. The Group remains committed to fostering creativity and empowering its people to shape Mantu’s global success.
