At Mantu, our commitment to social and environmental responsibility drives us to empower our people to make a difference in their local communities. Through our WeCare Together program, launched in 2022, we support initiatives that create meaningful impacts.
What is WeCare Together?
WeCare Together is Mantu’s program designed to encourage and enable our team members to initiate and participate in impactful projects in collaboration with local associations or NGOs. Mantu supports these projects both financially and logistically across all our brands.
Our 2023 Achievements
We are proud to announce that in 2023, WeCare Together supported 17 projects, engaged 365 volunteers, and positively impacted over 8,500 people across four continents! These projects addressed 15 out of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), highlighting Mantu’s dedication to global challenges.
At Mantu, our commitment to ecological and social progress is rooted in empowering our people, who are the key drivers of change. The WeCare Together program embodies this principle by educating, engaging, and enabling our workforce to pilot sustainable initiatives. In 2023, the collective efforts of hundreds of Mantu volunteers made a meaningful difference, touching the lives of thousands.
Criteria for a WeCare Together Project
To qualify for WeCare Together, projects must:
Emphasize local engagement and mobilize people across Mantu offices.
Align with Mantu’s non-political, non-religious, and non-discriminatory values.
Pursue a measurable positive impact on society and/or the environment.
Address at least one Sustainable Development Goal.
