Mantu announces the acquisition of Sollan, a recognized specialist in the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) market.
This operation allows the Group to complement its range of offerings and strengthen its presence in the markets of the public sector and defense in France.
The company will be integrated into the French entity of Amaris Consulting, the historic brand of the Group, within the Technology practice of Mantu.
Mantu, an independent and international consulting player present in more than 60 countries is proud to announce the acquisition of Sollan, a company specialized in Enterprise Information Management (EIM). It will join Amaris Consulting, the historic brand of the Group specializing in technology and innovation consulting.
Sollan is a consulting and IT services company, founded in 2001 and recognized as a key player in the field of EIM, document management, and business processes, through three business lines: Consulting, Development & Integration, and Software. Its expertise, particularly in the public sector and defense, strengthens the value proposition of Mantu and Amaris Consulting, confirming the Group’s position as a European leader in transformation consulting.
Sollan: a new adventure begins
By joining the Group, it will be able to accelerate its development through access to an international platform, extensive resources, and strong expertise in growth and scalability. Mantu will also facilitate the company’s integration into its network of global and diversified clients, thus opening up new avenues of growth.
