Mantu Tunis at a glance
700 people work across corporate, business and consulting functions, while other teams cover IT, payroll, finance, accounting, credit, recovery and support.
French and English are used in daily exchanges with European teams. Teams also bring knowledge of the Tunisian market and experience working with international teams, helping them move between different business contexts.
Work carried out in Tunis reaches beyond the office. Teams contribute to Mantu's systems, payroll processes, financial activities and client services across different countries and brands.
Tunis brings together technology, payroll, Finance, Accountant, Recruitment, HR, LB, ElevenVMS, Portalia, Valuement and business teams in one Hub, working closely every day to support Mantu's operations.
How the Tunis Hub supports Mantu
1.The talents behind
Roles in Tunis span IT and product, recruitment, HR, payroll, finance, accounting, credit, recovery, client support, business and consulting.
The IT teams build, maintain and stabilise the applications that support Mantu’s day-to-day operations. These systems support HR, finance, payroll, business teams and other departments across the organisation. Colleagues in Tunis also work closely with teams in Mauritius and Vietnam. Together, they maintain systems used by Mantu people across the world.
Payroll is another major part of the Hub’s work. Teams process payroll for employees in France, Switzerland and across other Mantu brands. Finance, accounting, credit, recovery and client support teams manage the processes that keep business operations running every day. While their responsibilities differ, close collaboration with technology, payroll, recruitment and HR teams keeps their work connected.
2. Working with European markets and Mantu brands
Finance, credit and payroll teams in Tunis mainly work with European markets. LittleBig Connection teams also focus primarily on Europe, while technology colleagues maintain systems used by Mantu employees worldwide.
Amaris Consulting, LittleBig Connection, Portalia and Valuement, part of Mantu, each have their own business activities, with shared teams in Tunis contributing to their corporate, operational and commercial processes.
Recruitment covers business, consulting, technology and support roles. When projects require specialist profiles, consulting teams also support recruitment for the relevant markets.
Tunis usually operates one hour behind France. During parts of the year, however, Tunis and France are in the same time zone, making day-to-day coordination even easier.
Life at the Tunis Hub
People in Tunis come from different departments, professional backgrounds and career stages. New joiners receive support from their first day, and managers discuss possible next steps as they gain experience.
Family Days and Kids Days bring people and their relatives to the office. Other activities take place around Women's Day, the end of the year and local community initiatives. Teams also take part in panels and conferences at schools and universities. Donations of obsolete equipment to associations give students a closer look at professional life and access to equipment that can support their learning.
Career mobility are also part of life at the Hub. A mobility does not always mean leaving Tunis: someone might change functions, take responsibility for a broader scope or continue their career in another country. In 2025 and 2026, 17 teammates made a functional move within Mantu. Each move involved developing new skills and adapting to a different role or area of the business.
What makes Tunis distinctive
What makes the Tunis Hub stand out is its strong sense of community and collaboration. Like a hive, people work closely together, share knowledge and support one another across teams and functions. This “bee spirit” can be seen in the way colleagues step in to help each other and work towards shared goals.
This spirit is strengthened by the Hub’s environment. Tunisia has a strong engineering talent pool, with around 20,000 engineers and 12,000 ICT graduates entering the workforce each year. Located at El Ghazala Technopark, the Hub is surrounded by technology companies and higher education institutions, creating a strong ecosystem for talent and collaboration.
Its proximity to Europe also makes Tunis a well-connected Hub. Major European capitals are less than three hours away, while the airport is roughly 10 minutes from the office, making it easy for Mantu colleagues and leaders to connect and work together across locations.
Career paths, learning and mobility
A role in Tunis can lead in different directions. People have moved into broader positions within the Hub, joined another Mantu brand or continued their careers in another country.
Tunis also pilots the Tomorrow's Manager program for teams whose managers work remotely. Communication, cultural differences, availability and coordination form the focus of the programme.
While Technical Advisors help teammates understand the requirements of their profession and Team Coordinators connect people with remote managers, Managers with remote teams can take part in coaching and training to develop their management skills and take greater responsibility for their teams.
Working across borders
The purpose of Mantu Tunis is to recruit and invest in curious and bold talents aiming for a career impact through teamwork, systems and decisions transacted globally. In this environment of scale, a team member is given space to diversify skills across professions, move across functions and take up responsibilities growing at a bigger scale.
This career growth trajectory means someone could deepen and scale up in their areas of expertise, jump into another Mantu’s brand or evolve to managing teams across geographies. An early career could benefit from a transversal perspective of how to operate within an international organization, while for experts, Tunis opens the doors to leadership and specialization.
