The One Start Program, a simultaneous beginning for everyone.

Your first day in a company is crucial: it is the beginning of a successful adventure. Here's how it works.

What is the One Start Program?

The One Start Program is an onboarding process launched in early 2026, which concerns every newcomer joining Mantu for the first time. It structures your first 3 months, as you also take your own marks by getting more comfortable with the office and your team members.

By combining online paths, face-to-face events and real tasks from the start, it goes further than a standard induction. Indeed, many characteristics make it the signature of what we want to convey to everyone joining us.

With more than 200 people already trained through this program since its creation, you can expect to experience a content that constantly evolves based on feedback from users, managers, and directors

A synchronized start for everyone

No matter what your location, your type of contract, your practice or your department is, you will benefit from the One Start Program if you work in core business functions, technology, product, data, commercial, growth or client operations. The goal here is to provide the same introduction for everyone at Mantu: the story of the group, its concept, values, tools, and of course, its culture.

Beyond your own experience, you go through this collectively. It is in the name: one start for everyone. Teams align on a shared start date based on the global calendar. This way, you can meet all the people also beginning their career at Mantu and share what you live and learn with them. In addition, the whole crew is here to welcome and help you; especially during these two weeks, but also for the rest of the time.

If you are an intern about to replace your former counterpart, you may start your internship before your predecessor's internship ends. This way, your One Start Program takes place during the end of its internship. Malo Ambroselli, student at Skema Business School, began an internship as an Implementation Board Associate and has already built a strong working relationship with Board Associate Damian Menville after one week.

The combination of individual and collective trainings

In the One Start Program, you will find personal-aimed trainings, group events, and some time to achieve your first missions.

On the individual side, you will be granted an online access to the platform dedicated to e-learnings and many other paths essential to your understanding of the function you occupy. These are composed of step-by-step explanations and quizzes to check your understanding. Some e-learnings concern everyone, while some others are adapted to your profile depending on the practice and the department you belong to. Of course, you are free to explore paths that were not assigned to you if you are curious!

In addition, you will find room in your agenda everyday to begin your formation with your manager. Time for these early tasks is built into the One Start Program: their content depends on what your manager wants to give you, but there is dedicated time to complete them anyway.

On the collective side, your MS Teams calendar will indicate to you all the conferences and events in general you are invited to (breakfasts, presentations). Attending these meetings enables you to get to know new team members, as well as the current office staff. Some found very pleasant to have occasions to meet other people beginning their job at the same time, like Axelle Challier and Constance Joly, both V.I.E. coworkers.

The first day, we went to the introduction breakfast without knowing each other. By pure coincidence, we started discussing about our respective careers and the life awaiting us in Barcelona. An hour later, we discovered we would be often led to work together! This way, it has already been quite easy to break the ice around some cookies and orange juice instead of doing it through a computer.

These appointments may vary depending on which Hub you join, depending on the country's culture and habits. However, the goal remains the same: providing the same experience for every newcomer, including an international exposure.

Indeed, regarding the fact that Mantu operates in more than 60 countries, with HUBs in Hô Chi Minh City, Mauritius, Barcelona, Tunis, Madrid, and Medellín, you will be led to have opportunities all around the world. Either way, you have access to the One Start Program: the classic format if you are in a Hub, or fully online if not.

An easier way to get comfortable with the company

Besides completing this program, you dive into your function day one: meeting your coworkers, receiving your first missions. The One Start Program is here to help you focus on your job; almost everything you need is ready online.

In addition, this is one of your first contributions to Mantu. You are offered to grade and comment on each path you completed: this way, you already get closer to the group by sharing your view on what you liked and what could be improved. Even with already high satisfaction scores, the programme keeps adding new features and content.

How can I manage to correctly divide my time between completing the e-learnings and achieving my manager's missions?

Your manager is aware of the e-learnings you are following, so the first missions are usually made to let you some time for the online paths.

What are the main topics tackled in the conferences?

Topics such as Mantu's story, the Talent Management System and the staff presentation are the biggest ones, to give you all the insights on the group.

Are there some team building events included in the One Start Program?

Of course! They depend on the location of your Hub, and what is scheduled at the time you arrive: table tennis tournaments, improvisation theater classes, language courses... You can also bring your own ideas!
