Leanne: leading sustainability innovations
Leanne joined LittleBig Connection, part of Mantu, in Canada back in 2019. In 2023, she advanced to the role of Group Sustainability Director, addressing new CSR challenges on a global scale. Today, she leads a dynamic team of over six passionate experts based in Spain.
Leanne on innovation:”We address climate challenges with cutting-edge projects like new carbon footprint models and Smart Building research. The Impackathon, an intrapreneurial competition, merges innovation with positive impact, empowering our team to create solutions for a better world. With 9 years of experience as an HR generalist, Sophia’s career began in consulting and she then discovered very various sectors, as generalist HR.

Mylène joined Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, as an Operational Director in Life Sciences in January 2023, driven by her desire to innovate and lead. Before joining us, she worked for five years as a Clinical Project Manager.
Mylène’s perspective: “My role is to enhance Amaris Consulting’s position in Life Sciences, tackling public health and technological challenges. The structured integration and support at Mantu allowed me to fully embrace my responsibilities and lead impactful projects.
