Aitor’s journey: from HR Assistant to HR Officer in 6 months
Aitor joined Mantu as an HR Assistant in June 2023 and quickly experienced the company’s commitment to giving interns real responsibilities. By November 2023, Aitor was offered a local contract as an HR Officer. His new responsibilities expanded his scope, allowing him to lead projects and contribute with new ideas. “I was able to take ownership of more initiatives, bringing new ideas and growing professionally. Zoé’s path: leading sustainability projects to becoming an expert
Zoé’s journey at Mantu began in July 2022 when she joined us for her Master’s internship in sustainability. Today, she manages the company’s environmental actions at a Group level and supports sustainability-focused client projects.
Reflecting on how her internship transitioned into a V.I.E, Zoé said: “Halfway through my internship, I began discussing the possibility of staying at Mantu. Not only was it a chance to learn more, but I also got to move abroad for a V.I.E contract, which made my journey even more exciting.”
Zoé’s role has evolved quickly. She now leads the environmental pillar of Mantu’s global sustainability strategy, working on projects such as carbon management, certifications, and decarbonization. Over time, she also took on sustainable finance topics, collaborating with the Finance department and Business teams at Amaris Consulting. “Roles at Mantu evolve rapidly, and there are plenty of opportunities to take on new responsibilities based on your interests.” – mentioned Zoé
Our sustainability team drives change across the entire Group, focusing on environmental, social, and economic development. The team is responsible to manage exciting initiatives like the decarbonization program and the Social Incubator, which trains women from diverse backgrounds in IT engineering to boost gender diversity in the sector. “We track over 180 KPIs to measure our impact and constantly evolve to stay ahead in this fast-paced field. What’s even more exciting? We’ve started collaborating with business teams to help clients tackle their own sustainability challenges.” – explained Zoé
Yannick’s experience: changing career paths at Mantu
His role in Talent Acquisition involved working closely with the HR and Business Development teams to recruit top talents, while his current position in Implementation Project Associate allows him to collaborate with Engineering and Technology departments to implement new solutions.
“My experience at Mantu helped me develop my time management skills, which I now use as a Project Manager to handle multiple projects simultaneously.” – shared Yannick.
His role in talent acquisition involved managing Business Directors’ recruitment needs from start to finish, with the support of his manager when necessary. In his current position as Implementation Project Manager, Yannick is responsible for deploying LittleBig Connection’s software offering by understanding clients’ needs, guiding them throughout the process, and conducting change management to ensure the adoption of the solution. He said – “At Mantu, you always have opportunities to meet people from other departments and brands to learn about their roles – which helps you reflect on your career path.“
