Mantu Talent Stories let you get closer to the people who make Mantu what it is. Today we’re chatting to Tatiana Lufar, a Compensation and Benefits Project Specialist based in Mauritius.
Hi Tatiana! So tell us, how has Mantu helped you grow in your career?
At Mantu, no two days are the same, so you get to learn something new every day. This has helped me to improve my performance, as well as to contribute to the growth of the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Department, and the growth of Mantu as well. So far, it has been an amazing journey and it still is!
Sounds like a very special journey filled with growth and learning! What skills do you think you have developed the most?
I have become more structured with my workload and learnt how to find solutions when a problem is in the way, which has helped me develop a sense of discipline and organization.
The best thing about acquiring these skills is that they have helped me better identify my personal goals and never give up achieving them, which is the best reward after working hard.
What do you like most about Mantu?
I think that my favorite thing about Mantu is its working environment. At Mantu, you have the opportunity to work closely with all the departments and brands in our ecosystem. In my case, I work closely with the HR team, which is a great experience. Even though Mantu is spread around the world, we have always connected thanks to the tools we are provided with, making communication much easier!
What is your biggest motivation at work?
My biggest motivation is the support and respect that I receive from all my colleagues in the C&B Department and the teams globally. I believe that respect and support are key factors to creating a healthy working environment and enjoying the experience.
What are you most proud of in your professional career at Mantu?
Since the start of my journey, I have been given many opportunities to grow professionally and personally. One of the things that I am most proud of is to see how much the C&B Department has evolved, how much we have accomplished so far, and all that remains for us to achieve in the future.
I still remember that when I joined Mantu, I was one of the first people in the C&B Department. Just thinking that I had the chance to see how much we have grown and learned, our collaboration with everyone within the ecosystem is amazing. I am really proud to be working in a place like Mantu!
